Only to the same extent as the crew helping remind you about a bet you might want but forgot to put down or making sure you know where your checks are, taking a late bet, etc. Remember, the eye in the ceiling is always on them. The negative expectation in Baccarat is approx 1% on banker bets (after the casino takes the 5% vig).
For player bets it is a bit higher.
The only way you ever get to a house edge of .5% is if the vig is lowered.... VERY RARE.....
