I would not be quick to recommend Casino Player as a definitive authority. Over time, there has been many errors in the magazine.

Never endorsed Casiono Player as "know all". However, the Casino
Player article on class II will give enough info to understand class
II. If someone wants more, slopping around on the net for an hour will
yield enough info for 99% of us.
Just passing on info; not endorsing. Haven't read CP for years. It is
an entertaining magazine, though.
