It looks like they are blaming part of the smoking ban on the decline. I
wonder what effect that will have in Chicago.

There's a lot of factors. Competition from Philly, virtual tables in
DE, and last but not least, lack of competition and poor management
where there is competition.

Chicago market is much more competitive, you have 8 casinos and 7
different owners (add one if you count Four Winds). When you have
competition, it generally becomes a good thing for the player.
