This is another one of my pet peeves - referring to a strategy card
as a "cheat sheet"
How can the use of a strategy card to assist one's memory be
considered cheating? It's not as if the intention is to trick the
machine, or some other nefarious thing. All the use of a strategy
card does is help us play the hands we are dealt better. That is not
cheating, any more than having a supermemory and having every video
poker strategy imbedded in it would be.

True, so true. But we need a two sylable two word phrase to
replace "Cheet-Sheet".
How about "Hard-Card"?..."Beat-Sheet?"

I prefer STRAGEDY CARD. (4 syllables -buzzzz- too many I know)
It's a word I use often - I'll claim authorship too - a combo of
Tragedy and Strategy.
It's a nod to the times you follow the card ranking and hold a high
pair over a dealt 3RF - and the RF would have come in. Tragic!!

I say the term cheat sheet is perfectly OK. It doesn't imply cheating
at all. For times you have a brain dump, you need to peek at
the "answers" - reminiscent of school days when rote memorizing was
all that was allowed, cheat sheets were actually cheating. Different
situation here, with VP they ARE allowed, like BJ. They look like
cheat sheets.
Also, most Stragedy sheets CHEAT on listing Perfect strategy, the
obvious example is when they don't penalty card situations.
Also, you gotta feel CHEATED when you pay somebody money for them,
they are available for free without much "surfing".
