I don't think Vegas casinos try to import low roller bus people like Laughlin

Shuttle prices are one way, so I suppose you could hop the free $5 bus
one day bus and just not come back on it. You have to have no luggage
then except a small purse size carryon and you'd have to not tell the
driver until you were there. Also, I can imagine them keeping you
name and not letting you ride again.

The CAT 106 to the North Vegas airport seemed a cool idea. I don't
know what flying one way might be.
