That is basically correct, according to a boothling I spoke to today,
although table game activity will still add to the cash account. The
comp and cash account balances can only be checked at the slot club,
and you can get your accumulated cash to the nearest even $1 (max of
$100 per day). The boothling said that the new action cash promotion
is a permanent substitute for the cash account, until or unless they
decide otherwise.
