Have you considered the possibility that it is not the particular
machine
that is streaky but the individual player? Maybe what we really
need to do
is change ourselves -maybe make a run upstairs to get the lucky
hat or take
a shower to wash all the bad luck off;-)

====================================
Hi Chandler,
You are SOOOOOO right! Aa I have said before, it is most often
the "toosh" not the touch, that is out of sync with the VP Goddess.
My particular method to stop the bleeding, is to go up to my room
and watch TV for at least one hour. I force myself to spend the
hour away from the machines, no matter how much self-control it
requires. Sometimes this fresh start works; other times nothing
helps. If the machines are inhaling my Bennies to the tune of
$100.00 every 15-20 minutes, I go for a walk, to the opposite end of
Fremont Street.
I've never had a lucky hat, but I do have a lucky necklace, given to
me by Mom, many years ago. I wouldn't consider setting foot in
casino w/o it. Not that I'm superstitious or anything ( - : . I'm
sure that there are many vp players in Reno & LV, who think I'm more
than a little weird, when tbey observe me whispering to my necklace,
while drawing to 4 to the royal.
Anyway, good luck (or whatever) to us all!
Babe
