Changes for Tuscany's in April

Looks like a major downgrade of benefits, but I'm not surprised - they probably were too generous in their experiment with new benefits and promotions, including many bonus-point days, beginning (if I remember right) in December. And now I'm guessing the experiment was not a success and they have to make up the loss to their bottom line.

There have been no bonus point days announced as yet, although we have received our April free play schedule. Our free play was cut in half plus, according to the explanation on the mailer, you can not collect it on Sunday. The twice a week schedule is Monday through Wednesday and Thursday through Saturday. (Although in another place on the top of the mailer it does say Thursday through Sunday - someone probably was copying from last month's mailer!!!)

They mention "fun promotions" coming but give no details.

Just to add more confusion to the situation I was not cut at all in
April after being cut to $40/wk in March. However, my wife was cut
again to $30/wk.

Next time you are in the Tuscany, go back by the rewards center.

The mailer has some significant errors on it. These are fully
addressed by a sign in that area. In particular, I believe you can
still redeem bounce back on Sundays. M-W and Th-Sun, I think

It is possible that your mailer was for the wrong amount too. Given
the general confusion with the mailer it would make sense to ask.

As for cutbacks.... My mailer remained the same, but since I am still
priming the pump (I started play in Jan) my results are not
necessarily going to reflect the normal situation.

Does it say anything about bonus points anytime?
