I managed to get out to Majestic on Sunday to check out some of the changes.
I had hopes for the new tabletop games. NSUD at 25 nickels would be a good
single play game at the quarter equivalent, but even when you speed up the
count after a win it slows down play substantially. I was hoping I could
generate action here when the quarter progressive was near reset, but the
new machines are pretty pokey. They seem to be much less popular than the
multiplays they replaced.
The new .05, .10 .25 games on the back wall do seem to be popular, but I
noticed a lot of nickel players. I'm guessing the casino will not increase
their action with these changes. The TDW is an interesting addition. I
haven't decided whether I'll play it. I had the choice between SA and TDW
in Tunica and chose SA easily. It says something about the game of Triple
Deuces that Super Aces is the rational low volatility option;-)

Chandler. Over time (with cash back) the TDW is a decent game..... Assuming you are a millionaire. LOL
As long as you hit the deuces immediately (or within your first 10 hands) you should be fine.

LOL I ran it on vp analyzer. $22K bankroll requirement with .7 BB/CB
(probably best case scenario for me)and 10% ROR. NSUD is about $8K with the
same parameters. I was really hoping for a better quarter option than
jacks.
