Change the Group Name

The name of this group should be changed to, "Argue with Rob Singer
Group."

This guy claims he lives the high life but has nothing better to do
but argue with his internet enemies all day.

Yes RS is right in that it is very difficult to make a living on
video poker but if you follow the gurus you will extend your play,
win more jackpots and get more freebies with less money than you
ever would ever playing slots and most table games.

Yes you can get a lot of comps from Blackjack but unless your a math
whiz who can card count until the cows come home you won't make a
living or bring home big nights of winnings. Really how much can
you expect win at blackjack betting $1.25 a hand or how many comps
could you obtain playing $1.25 a hand.

The gurus have helped thousands of people who like gaming to gamble
intelligently for longer periods of time with lots of freebies.

I didn't say I lived the 'high life', only that I don't live as most
video poker players do. I don't think that's saying much.

Maybe you're right, maybe you're wrong--I didn't suceed after buying
guru-goodies and following their words of wisdom. But I just can't
see any intelligent person following ANYTHING Jean Scott has to say.
She's so obviously full of herself that she oozes phoney baloney. And
any gambler that would get a facelift for who on earth knows why, has
more than one problem to deal with.

If nothing else, anyone who is following the thread now knows why RS
was banned from vpfree. Not sure that makes it worthwhile, but at
least it's something. Hopefully few will continue to follow the
thread (if anyone still is ...).

Making a living would be quite difficult and arguably more effort
than a "real job". However, making a profit at VP is possible.
Unfortunately, RS will argue against following the gurus.

True. But, RS can't make a buck supporting this fact, so he takes the
anti-establishment position. It's just a scam that he uses to make
money off the unsuspecting.

That statement strikes me as a bit odd, Dick.

If that's your sentiment, why do you extend the thread (or is it too
gut wrenching to give Rob the last word

Harry,

While I can see others would find the thread uninteresting (even
boring), I kind of enjoy it. I get a good belly laugh from most of
RS's posts.

I think you're wrong, but I don't want to make you look foolish
also....so i'll be gentle. I quit vpfree. Better verify that before
you put both feet in the mouth.

Making a living would be quite difficult and arguably more effort

Unfortunately, RS will argue against following the gurus.

You and I both know the only way your guru friends make money is
through the sales of all the video poker junk to others. You may WANT
to believe they win at video poker, because you don't want it to be
untrue that their marketed system doesn't work since you have to keep
telling yourself it does in order to keep on playing. But most people
are understanding the fact that it's all sales BS, and it's because
of me that they're finally able to see it that way.

True. But, RS can't make a buck supporting this fact, so he takes

the anti-establishment position. It's just a scam that he uses to
make money off the unsuspecting.

That's the problem. I've never seen anyone support that claim with
facts--just math models, theory, and probability statictics. Gee,
that sure means a whole lot to people who play. And I don't think I
make any money off of anyone but the casinos. They're the ones you're
talking about who are unsuspecting.

I have to leave this entire chat in my post. Now maybe you'll see the
illogic in what Dick tries to do. And his answer is a gem. Maybe I'll
recommend his literary talents to Anthony Curtis.

I'm not sure that's entirely true about me. But Jean will roam
anywhere and everywhere there's an audience that has the teeniest of
chance they'll buy some of her junk -- or she'll show up if the

Sir my position has been stated on numerous posts. The fact that Hans is a moron does not alter my position. Your hero Jean Scott writes books at the grade school level to appear to simple minded players. The players never learn optimum strategy but the suits remove the games, just in case one or two catch on. Jean Scott is a prime example of what happens when we the gypsies take over the palace. Enjoy your games sir. You hero continues to see to it, that their days are numbered. Not a day goes by that we don't received a notice from her of a radio, TV, magazine or personal appearance. Sir, the only rise you get out of me is the sound of my laughter. Anybody who goes to Las Vegas to play VP for more than a couple of hour with a $500 bank roll is beyond help.
