Change in new DB settings

Well, thanks so much for explaining what questions I should really be
asking and what my goals should be as well as informing me of kidney
stealing rumors. I guess when you don't know the answer and still want
to post something, you can insult (unintentionally of course) and lecture.

However, my "goal" was to better understand what might or might not be
the future pay table of DB. I have no interest in kidneys or Deuces of
any sort. Perhaps there is someone out there who has some background
in how these machines are manufactured and what the proceedure is when
they are ordered and whether that may have recently changed or not,
someone who can answer rather then beg the question. I would not want
them to be intimidated by these expressions of distain.

I will try to answer your question with respect. There are no dumb questions - just dumb people who think they know everything and won't ask questions - and impolite persons who like to be sarcastic!!!!

There are many paytables for DB, from very good (10/7) to extremely bad - I'm not even sure just how bad. (There is a 7/5 version in my Scouting Guide that comes in at 93.11%.) There is actually no "default" version. There are many different schedules available for a VP game - and have been for years - but the casino can choose the one they want to offer. These days the casinos are choosing the lower tables more than they used to. 10/7 DB (full pay, we call it) is an endangered species.

I hope this answers your question. If not, keep asking and I'll try to keep answering.

Thanks, Jean. I guess if anyone would know a trend, you would.
Enjoyed meeting you at the library last year, loved my picture with
you in your reindeer antlers, and loved the new VP book. Keep writing.
We'll all be reading.
