I was their most frequent and visible player for a long time there
until last month, when I determined finally that I they had been
scamming me for almost two years with DDBP payouts as low sometimes
as 70%. Over the long haul, almost two years, my payout at Caesars
Tahoe was less than 90%. Even if you factor in mistakes, Caesars
Tahoe scammed me approx. 5% over the long haul.
They also have the most incompetent staff working the floors of any
casino I have ever played at. The machines constantly require
mechanical attention which slows play to a crawl. Even on a less
than crowded session, their staff can take up to 30 minutes to
attend to you. They also have one casino host who is the rudest
casino employee I have ever met. A tall young slim white man who
oozes cockieness and ATTITUDE just by the way he walks (works the
night shift mostly). The guy once accused me of trying to embezzle
because I put a $100 bill into the bill acceptor and didn't get any
credits. So I called him over, and he tried to deny me the credits,
even though I told him to go ahead and call the video upstairs to
prove it. He got really defensive and angry, then insulted me in
front of the other players.
One the last night I stayed and played there, after playing for an
entire day, I asked to be given a comp meal and the Emporers club
hostess told me I didn't have enough credits? WTF? I threw my card
down and told them they could kiss my ass!!
Don't ever play at Caesars Tahoe, or at least NEVER become a regular
or someone they can ultimately pin down as a "forever loser". This
is what the casino relies upon. That one or two persons who can
make their "profitline" by themselves. Hopefully, I have taken that
away from Caeasars Tahoe forever and a few heads will roll there
soon.
