I think at this alarming rate of down grades there will probably be no
playable video poker anywhere in Las Vegas by 2008 and it will be just
as bad as playing slots. The end is near because the casinos are tired
of loosing profit to skilled video poker players and you wont see any
tables above 98% pay back. It just doesn't make economical sense for
the casino to offer good games anywhere when the majority of the
players are content playing penny slots at 85% payback.
All perfectly logical and seemingly inevitable. On the other hand, the "end has been near" for... what, about 20 years now? Yet, new beatable plays keep popping up. Have faith: new, young, ignorant slot managers are being promoted every day.
