Interesting. I wonder how they are going to do this. Want to bet this will mean a lower cashback rate on 4/1??

No change on reward credits. Earn 1 reward credit for each $10. 100 reward credits equals $1 in comps (restaurant), or .1%. If you want cash, only worth half or .05%. This is the same as it is now if you want to use your reward credits for gas cards or tunnel tokens.
It appears to me that they have gotten rid of cashback. Currently, you earn .1667% cashback in addition to the reward credits above. I think this is now a thing of the past.
I guess with HET financial troubles, it was only a matter of time before the cashback went away.
