The article is out of date. In Triple Double Bonus (which did not exist when
the article was written), it is better to hold trip Aces, 2s, 3s, and 4s
with an A/2/3/4 kicker. It is also correct, in Bonus Deuces Wild, to hold 222A,
and even to hold 22A. Not counting progressives, these are the only
exceptions to the "don't hold a kicker" rule of which I am aware. If there are others,
please post!
