CC Times - Trump Casino Has Good News for Video Poker Players

Interesting. Do you know if this is a monthly voucher or the result of a
specific visit? Good for how long? One of my main complaints about MS is
the 4 timed monthly vouchers. For the less frequent visistor this results
in a considerable amount of breakage. I much preferred the old system of 2
monthly vouchers with an additional bounce tied to action the previous week.
If the Trump voucher is based on this specific play it would put it at about
a .6 bounce.

I played one day about $4000 coin-in last month at Trump. I don't know what
my wife's coin-in was. I received 1 $25 coupon last week, and my wife
received 1 $10 coupon.

The vp has been OK for a while now. The problem I have had with playing
there has been the dearth of marketing. I have played there a few times and
never once received a darned thing in the mail, and while they have CB now I
haven't heard of any good promotions or positive reports of bounce back.
There is nothing I see that makes it preferable to playing there over MS,
but maybe I'm missing something.

Trump only sends out mailings based on weekly play. Whether you win
or lose seems to play into the amount of cash back. My cash back have
ranged from $5-35, occasionally include free buffet and hotel room.
One plus with trump is if you play heavy one day they will give you
president's status which allows you access to their lounge, which
actually has the best food of any place on the two boats, the food is
prepared per order and served to you on "real" china, a nice little
touch.

Chandler,

I assume that the coupon was for my last visit. Last month was my only
visit in several months. The coupon is good for 2 weeks.

Excellent point about the food. The deli sandwiches prepared on the
3rd floor (across from the poker room) blew away anything MS could
offer up. On Monday I felt adventuresome and for the first time ever
redeemed a MS buffet coupon. Did I ever regret it! Now I know why
everyone gets generous buffet coupons from MS - nobody repeats that
mistake!
While watching the seagulls and otters I did happen to sip some very
good iced tea, so not a total loss.

I just want to clarify I was speaking about the lounge next to M/S
lounge on the boarding deck. Seemingly it doesn't take huge single
day play to get this status...I was playing 50=play .05 8/5 bonus
where it's easy to rack up the points. I was able to play a few
hours and not lose to get president's status. The lounge also never
appears to be crowded.
