Funny, but when I'm dealt 3 of any kind on a 50-play machine, I don't receive
the 4th card to make 4 OAK way more than once a day. In fact, it happens
several times in the course of a few hours.

I gave the numbers for 3 aces. For 3 of anything, you need to multiply
by 13. Being dealt 3OAK on a 50-way machine and not upgrading any of
the draws to 4OAK happens once every 390 hands, i.e. several times per
hour for a reasonably fast player.
