There are some ‘opening’ days/weekend things that still need to be worked on, but eventually they will (or they better) get them fixed, or people may eat and play elsewhere. I think it was a gamble to close ALL the upstairs restaurants, and open this as the ‘new’ signature place to eat.

They seemed to have plenty of staff-- however, they each don’t seem to be aware of who’s doing what.
1a - case in point : Usually there are a few hostess/greeter gals who will get you seated. However, the server(s) seem quite busy, and don’t exactly seem to know who’s been seated and needs service, although ALL OF THE TABLES are CLEARLY MARKED with BIG (JUmbo) ##'s assigned on them (1, 2, 3, …48, 49, etc). -
Buffets are 7.99 bkfst, 13.99 dinner. I don’t know about lunch.
Selections a bit sparse along 1 long counter for EVERYTHING (hot on one side, cold salad/fruit on other side, and center for carving station/ cook to order omelletes-bkfst).
at Bkfst - my 'newly 'made coffee was poured, along with weird feather/plastic or something, for which they promptly apologized and had ALL the coffee remade that morning. ALso -= the ‘comp’ system was down and NOBODY could get their tiered discounts or use points for about a few hours on Saturday Feb 22).
Dinner - I went at 7:45pm - and by 8pm, they had RUN OUT of Prime Rib! At least they had still decent pork loin as a back up (otherwise, I think the advertised "Prime Rib’ buffet was deceiving).
Dishware is heavy and nice solid plates (which may cost them if the elderly can’t carry it back to their tables without dropping/breaking such fine glassware). Good sized drink glasses should keep the thirsty satisfied (and iced teas come in those ‘mason jar’ replica mugs.
BUFFET setup needs help too - as this includes dishes in 2 sets of serving heated pans, and the ones in the ‘back’ are pretty far back. Short armed people, and those who ‘burn’ easy might have problems. ANd some of the ‘back’ dish items are bound to be spilt into the front dish items, or they will have the cooks/prep staff helping to serve you all the time. They should have tested the size first. I think it’s not going to work out unless they have a staff member there to assist serving the back panned items. TOO FAR back to reach.
Atmosphere - as advertised, like a warehouse motif. A bit loud (music system) and weird to see hanging wood pallets as part of the decor. I hope they are coated with something - otherwise they look to be dust-traps in the future (and who’s going to constantly clean them unless they want cobwebs to grow…and dust/dirt to be on them in the future).
Bottom line - is wait a few more weeks for things to get mores settled. But if you need to eat, buffet prices are reasonable - but look over selections first. THen you can decide whether to order off the menu or eat the buffet.
Side note: TIERED CARD levels do get discounts, but only at Pints, Loading Dock, and Hickory Pit/ EW buffet (I think). Not at the Sportsbook deli, Coco’s, or the other coffee snack shacks. AND you usually cannot combine a tiered discount (20% for Silver level players) with other specials. ANd Coco’s - you will have to pay the ‘tax’ as well, if you pay with your comp acct.
Only good news is this is one of the few properties (actually most Laughlin vs LVegas) that still have BOTH a comp acct and your pts for cash-back.
