"M Resort will own all of its restaurants"

Thanks for the link to a fine article. It is enlightening. But one has to
wonder what Marnell-Sher really wants out of Laughlin? The Orleans Room space
still is vacant in CB since June 1st, 2007 when they got he keys.

Another curious factor is if the "M" will be part of the Access Club slot
card used in Laughlin? When they introduced their own card in Laughlin in
July-2007 they kept each property separate. They used my old One Club slot number
for both the EW and CB, but the cards are diffenitely separate at the basic
level.

They might be looking at both houses to send marketing offers which for the
most part let you stay at either casino. Alot of promos are likely themed, but
earning tickets and doing promos still is house dependant. I think they
wanted to keep their options open to sell off one joint.

So just how far south is St. Rose Parkway and Las Vegas Blvd.? I can
remember getting lost once and ended up at a four-way stop sign at LV-Blvd and I
believe Henderson-Lake Mead Parkway. Is the "M" south or north of this corner?

What will be the nearest next casino, South Point, GVR maybe in Jean?

I hope you CB/EW players with a strong history get a crack at the "M". You
would hope that white food card (RFB) types will get some consideration. You
know, just to let us know how Marnell-Sher does it with a clean slate.

Personally it will be two years this Labor Day weekend since I made it
(downtown at MSS) to Vegas.

Looking at a Google map, St. Rose Parkway and Las Vegas Blvd.
appears to be about 4 miles south of South Point (the nearest casino)
and it also appears to be the same intersection where you ended up,
