Well heck, Boyd sounds good to me too, then.
I too wanted Pinnacle to get the Ramada. They own Boomtown in Reno
(among other places) and has some of the most enjoyable BJ and
favorable BJ rules in Reno.As for the Flamingo/Aquarius, time will tell I guess. Two weeks ago
when I was in Vegas I had occasion to drop into Arizona Charlie's
(Decatur) a couple of times, leaving for and returning from Red Rock
Canyon. It maybe wasn't the prettiest casino but then again I walked
away with some extra cash in my pocket playing VP so it left me with a
good feeling.

I just read some LV Sun/Gaming articles. Aztar had a bunch of lawsuits filed
when the original Pinnacle offer was accepted, too low of bid. These
lawsuits got consoladated in Arizona. A settlement was reached for attorney's fees.
If the deal isn't closed with Columbia-Sussex by Nov 19th, the terms change.
So what will C-S do with two Laughlin casinos?
