As a result, I believe that their formula for bonus cash is 0.45% of
coinin. But it's rarely exactly that, since they always round up to
the next dollar.
There is a threshold coinin amount below which bonus cash seems not
to be awarded. I think that it's around $3400.

That makes sense. I've been trying to narrow the range down. At $3700
they sent me a coupon, but they did not send one this week after
putting $3100+ through last weekend.

I just remembered, that for 9/7 double bonus at Rama, you can play the quarter machines and get full pay on the Royals if you play 20 quarters per hand.
