Business takes me to Downey and I was wondering if there were Indian
Casinos around the area. I'm sure it would be somewhat of a drive to
get to one, hopefully not more than an hour away. I wanted to check
out other Casinos to see how they rate with the ones in my area. VP
has to be bad at most of the Ca Indain Casinos. But maybe I could get
a bite to eat and check them out. I didn't want drive to the San
Diego area. Mick

NOPE - Nothing in LA/Orange County proper, but PLENTY of live POKER
cardrooms that also deal some other casino games (PaiGow poker,
California variants of '21', PAN, etc.).
As for nearest casinos with vp - Pechanga, a straight drive out on
hwy 91 East (during NON-RUSH hours) will land you with some $1 9/6 JB.
only .05% cb though.
Otherwise, you have to continue further south to San Diego, or
possibly 2 hours East to Palm Springs (which hasn't been scouted in a
while).
Only other possibility is Chumash in Santa Ynez (near Solvang, and
Santa Barbara)- which is a few hours drive northward. I haven't been
there since the addition of legalized NV games, though.
That part of CA is very scenic, however.
BTW - Where is 'your area'? Northern CA??

There is San Manuel in San Bernardino. But, that's an hour's drive in non rush hour traffic and the pay tables are a nightmare. I would not recommend going there. I think the best JOB is 7/5, which is a joke. It "might" have a couple $1 8/5 JOB, but not worth the drive. The other recommendations are better. Otherwise, find a casino online and play like I do. <G> Fact, I hit a RF just yesterday online and that's the third one this month. And yes, I have withdrawn the money. :>
