Spent a very pleasant weekend at Casino Windsor on a comp+cash
promotion. Am happy to report that 1$ pick'em remain full pay on all
the Game Maker machines I checked (and played).The 25c. and 50c.
denoms are all shortpay though on the very same machines. In the high
limit areas all Game Makers are short-pay and were deserted every time
I looked at various times of day.Casino was not very busy overall, but
not dead either. Caesar's Windsor hotel property is very nice (MUCH
nicer than Atlantic City) and worth a visit.
