For those of you unfamiliar with Harrah's, be ready for an adventure in Customer Confusion. I belong to the harrahscasino yahoo group and there are over 800 members, a lot of diamond and seven stars members and we still don't have Harrah's Total Rewards figured out.
Here's a little bit of what you can expect:
1) Ask a question to 3 different Total Rewards workers and get 3 different answers.
2) Occassional play is sometimes rewarded much more than casual play
3) A surprising lack of attention to their highest ( over $1,000,000 coin in a year) players.
4) A definite disdain for video poker players
Steve, Greektown's comp program will shine in comparison. Now, if Greektown would only tell you your comp balance.
