Former Governor Davis was trying to get the Indian Casinos in California to agree to the states no smoking law for new compacts, but since outr new Actor came in as governor and has the audacity to place a smoking tent in the capital itself, progress on protecting the health of California casino employees and patrons took a turn for the worse.
