Casino Rama - Problem Solved

I was sitting beside the little old lady who was dealt the royal on ten play
  nickels. She had only been playing about 5 minutes when she hit it.
  Thank goodness she was playing 50 coins. It was a pretty sight.
  She then move to a closer machine and was playing deuces wild.
  She was dealt a straight with a four card royal. I could not help myself,
  so I suggested she keep the four card royal. She reluctantly did what
  I suggested and thank goodness hit a royal. I thought she would be
  happy, but all she could say was, "I only hit one royal".
  I promise from now on to keep my nose pressed against my own machine.
   
  I hit a royal on Jacks or Better an hour later. It was an interesting day.
   
  By the way Neil, the techs made the change in an hour for the new chips,
  but the govt. approval took another two.
   
  Thank you for the effort you put into solving the point problem.
   
  Overall, I find the staff at Rama very good to work with. Whenever there
  has been a problem they do their best to correct it.
   
  It will be interesting to see what the new bank of machines called
  Poker for Dummies is all about. Their vp inventory gets more
  interesting all the time now that the 150 Triple Action machines
  are disappearing.

I was told she was playing only one per line. I think we'll go with
your eyewitness account.

Lucky for you she hit one. Otherwise we might have read about it on
the front page of the newspaper. "Only one"? I, and many other
people have, at times, gone two or three hundred consecutive one card
royal draws without hitting. Not to wish her bad luck - but maybe if
she has a bad streak like that she'll be a bit more appreciative of
good fortune when it comes along.

I promise from now on to keep my nose pressed against my own machine.

I've made that same promise to myself - many times. It is very hard
to keep it when you see inexperienced people making really, really
poor plays.

I hit a royal on Jacks or Better an hour later. It was an

interesting day.

Way to go.

Agreed. And, by the way, they are giving us a $100 dinner to help
offset our lost bonus cash.
