Casino Magic, Copa, etc

Any of these casinos up and open or have they decided not to reopen?
Any news on what the plays are other than at Isle of Capri?

Copa plans to reopen on Labor Day weekend.

Casino Magic in Biloxi was a Pinnacle property. It has been traded to Harrahs as they expand the Grand Biloxi (they now own the MGM/Grand properties) for property that Harrahs owned in Lake Charles, La. Pinnacle is expanding it's very popular L'Augerge du Lac and must acquire more licenses to do so, under Louisiana Law.

Isle, Imperial Palace, and New Palace are still the only real casinos open. Treasure Bay has opened a pathetic little 80 machine bar/restaurant, just to say they were the fourth one open.

Boomtown plans to open this Thursday and should be at it's former size.

Harrahs is spending over one billion on the new Grand Biloxi and plans to open August or September.

Beau Rivage will open on August 29th, the one year anniversary of Katrina.

There will be several opening next year, and within 2 years there should be anywhere from 16 to 20 open and some will be huge.

I was at the Imperial Palace Biloxi last month and found some $.25 8/5
Jacks or better machines which pay 175 for quads. Ran it on Winpoker
and it is a 99.6+% game. Looks like the 2nd best game there after the
triple deuces.
