Casino Identifiers

IMO, two fields ought to be added to the casino database:
A. Nine-digit zip code.
B. Unique identifier.

Given the former (or the Canadian six-character code), Mapquest can
generate a map, and/or specific driving directions.

The latter would be most useful to those who keep electronic "logs"
of gaming activity. And, to help ensure that any report of changes
at a Bally's/Fiesta/Harrah's referred to the correct location.

One possible format:
    A. State/province identifier.
    B. One-character "region".
    C. Three-character "initials".

Region code would need to be unique within a state; values such as R
for Reno (including Sparks and Verdi), V for Las Vegas (and
surrounding area), etc. Initials would tend to be first letter of
each word in name, or first two or three consonants in name. These
need only be unique within State and Region. Case of more than one
identical name, within a region, probably best handled with first
character of location in the last position. NVVFSR = Fiesta/Rancho,
NVVFSH = Fiesta/Henderson

This scheme should be fairly easy to remember, and would do a
reasonably-good job of grouping casinos together.
