FYI - Ryan Kass formerly a JA Nugget Host is now at Atlantis.
FWIW, a very cool guy and helpful. He is super customer oriented and I'm sure he would appreciate bringing in new players.

Moe, do you have an email address for Ryan? They used to list the Atlantis hosts and email addresses in their website but I don't see that info now.
Thanks

Hey Moe!
Yeah, I had heard Ryan moved over to Atlantis, but I didn't know at what capacity he was (didn't know if he was an official host or just a boothling).
I'm 99% sure his email at atlantis is:
RKass@atlantiscasino.com

Ryan is a full Host (not Executive Host, nor Boothling). Even though I've never played there, he has me on the list for what appears to be all the high end marketing offers. Suites, $300+ FP, car drawings, Golf, Gun shooting outings (is it a good idea to give a bunch of drinking gamblers guns??? - not the friends I hang out with!!), etc.
Tim- you are correct on the email address

Thanks all. I'll send him an email as I've wanted to contact a host. My last experience with an Atlantis host was not a very good one. Btw, what is the difference between a full host and an executive host?

It is probably different at each casino, but sometimes the food chain in Casino Marketing progresses similar to the following manner:
- Customer Serve Rep / Casino Marketing Rep (aka Boothling)
- Junior Host (they get a business card and little discretion)
- Host
- Executive Host (standard rules don't apply to them, they have a lot of discretion)
- Director of Player Development
- VP of Marketing

Thanks again, Moe. Just wanted to share my experience. Ryan was able to get me a room in the luxury tower over the July 4th weekend. Not sure how he did it as it's a holiday weekend plus the national fencing championships were at the convention center (who knew how popular fencing is?). He came up to introduce himself one evening as I was playing (beware those player cards can leave a trail of breadcrumbs) and couldn't have been more gracious. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone needing a host at the Atlantis.
