I got this offer also, although I usually play the .25 FPDW at Palms.
I was showing the Palms to a a tourist friend who normally plays high
limit slots at Bellagio, and he used my card when he played a couple
of pulls on a $5 slot in the high limit area. He won about $100, and I
assume that his play triggered my offer.
