has anyone received thier 'Cash Scratch Fever' mailer yet?
My wife and I both have them listed online, but havent received them
and the first date is Feb 3rd. When they did this in StL you could
get extra cards by earning xx points the week before, here is the
excerpt from online.
Come to the atrium at Harrah's North Kansas City on Feb. 3, 2006
between 12pm and 10pm to receive you free Cash Scratch Card with
guaranteed cash from $10 to $1,000.
that is all it says.

Well, we got our mailers today, and it looks like you get a free
scratcher every friday with your mailed coupon, then you can earn up
to 5 extra scratchers each week for an additional 300 base points
earned (max 1500 base). It looks like you earn the entries Thrs thru
Wed to redeem on Friday, definitly only a locals promotion.
