CASH BONUS - Peppermill

I played the dollar double bonus progressive one week ago.

And they are now gone. Do you consider that a downgrade?

Well if they removed them in the last few days, it sounds like a downgrade.

There were two people (including me) playing on the seven machines and the royal was up to over $4800.

10/7 dollar double bonus with $4800 progressive using: http://www.gamblingtools.net/vp/vpanalyzer.html

requires a bankroll of $38,390 *with perfect play* and allowing 10% risk of ruin (loss of whole bankroll).
Maybe that's why only two people were playing?

I doubt it. 9/6 JOB, even with a 4700 (9400 at ten coin) requires an infinite amount of money to avoid ROR. The several people playing these didn't appear to have an infinite amount of money. Not even half of an infinite amount.
As a recreational player, my effective ROR is less than 0.000000072%. I have a credit line for use during each two or three day trip I take a few times a year. If I lost enough to approach that credit line (which I never have in maybe 100 such trips) I would.......what's that word? Oh yeah, QUIT. I would quit playing. Like nearly every other recreational player in the solar system.

Two of these machines were TITO and fast. The ten coin JOB progressive with $9400 reset still had the

same bank of five or six old machines plus several new TITOs, all linked. It was hit at about $9800. If you are referring to FPDW, I think these two old machines have been gone longer than 10 months but you are right, they are gone.

Practically the whole casino was brand new, full speed, TITO, full pay deuces wild and joker poker. Of course these are now gone. Do you consider that a downgrade?

Hey, remember when a cup of coffee was a nickel? Me neither.

I guess my point is that there is enough left to play without fretting about what is gone. I'm not a professional and if I can play a break even game with a decent cash bonus and full comps, that's good enough for me.

Cash bonus? Full comps? At the Peppermill? Maybe you haven't noticed but comps have been downgraded also, especially for video poker. Also the Peppermill uses a strange comp banking system that pretty much guarantees you can never actually use all the comp that you earn.

Shoot maybe they sent me an offer written in disappearing ink. Nope, $500 CB, comped suite, comped meals. Wonder if they'll let me take a tuna sandwich for the trip home?

What is "trade up?"

It's gone, so what's the point?

The point is that it would have been civil to answer an inquiry. My error.
