Also, I think the 0.05% cash back rate was calculated using non multiplied points so $10 ci ( under the old sytem) would get you 1 point. 1 point could be converted to half a penny cash so the 0.05% rate.

Thanks for pointing that out. I have been playing pretty regularly in Windsor but didn't notice the increase. 
So the new rate for reward points is .091% and the rate if you exchange the points for cash is 1/2 of this or .045%.
The mailed offers have really varied from month to month. Still a good deal to do Diamond in a Day to get free concert tickets and hotel rooms.
