That game is called Flip-It and seems to have vanished from Nevada. The last
ones in Laughlin disappeared a couple years ago from the Regency. It comes
in dollars and quarter versions. I do believe The Wizard of Odds gave it a
study.

We have played this game on a cruise ship when the waters were rough and ship was tipping back and forth pretty good - if I remember correctly the EV of the game skyrocketed during that time!!!!
