Card pulling is frowned upon by some casinos and has
resulted in reduced mailings, loss of slot club privileges,
and there are a few cases of outright bannings.
Card pullers, black jack counters etc. might want to be
careful about admitting their guilt, if there's any possibility
that it may get back to the casino.

Played in a casino this past weekend and points did not register on
the card when you hit the "max coin" button but rather when you
subsequently hit the deal button.
Thus card pulling was not feasible. Probably this will be the way of
the future.
