My quick and dirty guess is that the promo is worth about .8% because:
1. Getting a COD is the same odds as hitting the ducks (i.e., every 5000
hands;
2. (12.50/5000)/1.25=.8% (approximately, because I don't have a calculator
handy)
Since the underlying game is approx. 98%, it's still neg. exp.
