Cannery neighborhood partners promotion?

What are the current point & coin-in requirements for each $10 gift card at Cannery? During my last visit it was $900 coin-in per card, but VPFree2 reports that some changes were made in point accruals as of 1/4/10 ("negative VP" now takes $2 coin-in to get 1 point, and 400 points are worth $1-- is that correct?) So, how does this relate to earning the gift cards?

In most cases 599 points or $1198 coin-in; there are a couple items with
lower requirements:
