non-fullpay VP)-- correct? During their "neighborhood partners"
promotion, how many points does it now take to get a Wal-Mart $10 gift
card-- did they simply double the old 900 points to 1800 or did they
actually increase the number of points needed?

They simply doubled it to 1800. Now, instead of knowing your 900 times-tables, you need
to learn your 1800 times-tables in order to know how many points you need for the number
of gift cards you'd like. Funny, they didn't teach me my 1800 times tables in grade school...
