At the Cannery 1200 points, not $1200 coin-in, can be redeemed for $1
cash, free play or comps. Coin-in of $1 earns two points on negative
vp, or one point on positive vp.
I recently verified this by redeeming 120,000 points for $100 cash. It
took $60,000 coin-in to earn the 120,000 points.
Therefore, the rate of .167% for negative vp is correct as is in the
database. ($100 / $60,000 = .167%)
