Cannery and Palms question

What are the specifics of the 2x and 5x promotion for the Palms? Is it locals only? I assume only the FPDW and Joker Poker machines are excluded?

When I was in Vegas late January, the Cannery ran some
Tuesday/Thursday 5x point promotions. I think the Palms had 2x at
least on Thursdays and maybe on Tuesday also. When I asked one of
the boothlings at the Palms if FPDW qualified for the promotion they
were not sure so they asked someone in a back room who yelled out "No
Full Pay". When I used a 3x coupon at the Palms from either POV or
ACG, I checked first to make sure that the 3x points would be
honored. They checked on it and I was told that it would be, and it
was. So, my impression is that on the days appointed as 2x or 5x
days, I am wasting my time and money trying to build my points by
playing the "full pay" games. I guess I will have to just scour the
machines to find the ones that do NOT have the disqualifying stickers.
To further qualify my original question, I guess I am asking what
games that members of this forum play to take advantage of those
multi-point days. Don the Dentist plays NSUD at the Palms.

I don't think so, because they have an advertising sign promoting the
5x & 2x points in the Slot Club booth.

No harm in calling and confirming, though.
