I may be in the same boat. Does anyone have a property they can
suggest that has good video poker and on the strip? I don't mind
paying for the room upfront and then letting them decide how much to
discount and/or comp based upon my play. My wife will force me to
stay on the strip and not downtown or off-strip location. I play
primarily quarter and fifty cent level and every now and then will
venture to the dollar level and generally will play all day long (at
least 8 - 10 hours a day for each stay).

Well maybe it is time for the wife to adjust to the changing conditions...or
just get a new wife. There are fine accomidations Downtown with favorable VP
in my opinion. Others state the new stand alone joints in the 'burbs are a
