Not only have I never heard from WYNN, with any kind of
offer, but when I access their website, imput my Red Card #, and
check room reservations, the charges shown are the same rack rates
available to any non-player.

Babe, help me out here. I can't seem to locate a place on the Wynn
site to input my Red Card #. What am I missing?

Thanks,
Donna

Babe,
I would call a host and ask for a room offer.
  They may surprise you.

          Hi Brian,

Thanks for your prompt response. Because of your post, I called
the Red Card Club, at WYNN, and inquired whether they had my email
address on file. I think that I have discovered my problem.
Someone had transposed two letters in my address. I am now assuming
that my nice offers are floating in cyberspace limbo!

My address is now corrected in their computer system, and I am
waiting for a nice offer to arrive. ((O:

BTW, when we played last January, 250 points ($2250 C/I) was required
for the first two buffets. Then 500 points was required for each
two additional buffets. We had C/I of about $14K in the two hour
plus period that we played. Not phenomenal, by any means, but not
terrible either. Especially since a bunch of it was on regular
$1.00 9/6JOB.

If I start receiving offers now, I'll post about it.

Thanks again,
~Babe~

Like you, I signed up early last year. I played only the 6-9-80 JB.
Unlike you, I played barely enough to earn the 50 points required
for
their very excellent buffet.

My latest email offer was for 3 nights at $139 with the 4th night
complimentary.

intended to give WYNN considerable more play at that time, and also
use those luscious buffet comps. Now, I'm not sure that we wouldn't
be better served playing at another strip property. What is the
opinion of the knowledgable forum members

Any comments or anecdotal experiences will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Babe,
I also played some at Wynn in January. Put approx. 6600 pts. on my
card. My daughter, who was also playing on my card hit a royal on the
$ "favorable jacks". I did use a buffet comp and also used a comp to
their "coffee shop " the next day when I returned. A very nice
boothling looked at my play and told me not to worry that I would
definitely get some good offers. Well.. I just got an offer for
$119/night for weekdays and $179 Fri./Sat. plus $100 free credit. Big
Deal ! I wonder if you can do better by calling a host. Also, it
seems that offers differ for locals based upon the same amount of
play. As for comps, I was also told that my comp bank would disappear
after a month( or was it two?) of inactivity. This is ridiculous,
particularly for an out of towner. Between crap like this and at HET I
am starting to rethink any future Vegas trips(unfortunately (? ),have
already booked airfare for two more this year ) and if I do go, am
starting to think off strip with a nice pool area( GF likes that).

glad you figured that out....I played so little there with decent
offers I just didn't have a clue what to tell you!! LOL
But as someone else said maybe they have a source to see Harrahs
diamond list or something....I'm sure you'll get some nice offers
now! They do always seem to be a bit more restrictive than Harrahs
offers as they are for specific dates only.... which so far have not
worked out for me!
good luck!
