Can this game be beat?

I come up with the exact same 103.64% ER. This calculation in Optimum Video Poker took less than four seconds on my old 500MHz computer.

Other information provided instantly by OpVP:

The variance is rather extreme at 374.

For a 10% Risk of Ruin on a quarter game you need a starting bankroll slightly over $14,000.00.

The minimum of the -2SD curve is at 282,188 hands with a loss of 10,272 bets.

perhaps someone who came up with 103+% can post the strategy table
with frequencies for me to compare against. Perhaps the unique
paytable wreaked havoc with my program.

Elliot, I'm relying upon WinPoker which, assuming I've correctly
specified the paytable, calculates the ER as 103.64%.

Maybe someone could confirm this value. It wouldn't be the first time
that, even after double and checking my input, I glossed over an error.

4 seconds is not bad at all. My program takes 0.67 seconds, but I'm on
a faster 650MHz machine

With three independent programs giving 103.64%, it seems highly
likely that this figure is correct.
