Summerlin is usually 5 to 10 degrees cooler than Green
Valley. Hey - where are the women wearing the makeup
in Summerlin?

that is the one comment in this discussion i am still trying to figure
out what it is suppose to mean...by the way being centrally located is
the best place in lv...i live 3 miles east of the strip...i can drive
15 miles in any direction and be at the edge of civilization as we
know it in lv...

My wife and I believe we have the best LV location. Our condo is in
Summerlin ... inside the Red Rock Casino, about 25 feet from the
Optimum Play machines and Starbucks. My wife likes to wear makeup,
so Summerlin is a perfect fit for her. And since we are inside the
casino the air conditioning is free. During the summer, of course,
we leave LV for Idaho, so we don't worry about the summer heat. Feel
free to knock on our door sometime.
