One more thought ... if you really want the most from Harrah's, do NOT
book online, call or email your host at your local Harrah's
establishment. They will get you the best deal, every time.

If you do not have confidence in your host, ask for a new one.

You are working under the assumption all of us have hosts. I bet more
Diamond card holders don't have (or use) a host than do have one. What about the
Platinums and Golds who still get fairly strong room deals?

Glad the host method works for you and others, but the vast majority of HET
players, booking online is the most effective and efficient way to go. The
booking system won't let me book multiple offers without a 48 hour gap for
Laughlin. Now it appears they are finally addressing this issue with the Vegas

I've always thought it was odd how panicked the Casinos get about the
idea of back to back stays. They will spend a fortune offering a nice
suite and "show up money" and freebies and goodies and then force you
to spend two of your nights with a casino that offers nothing more than
a free room. If you are a good gambler you'd think they would want all
of your business for themselves.

Every player that has a Total Rewards card has a host assigned, though
they may not hear from them "in person" until they reach Diamond level.

I, met mine while I still at what is now Platinum level, before the TR
system had been devloped. She worked hard to get me back after I had
been away for nearly a year.

Joliet, my home casino, is known for having the higherst percentage of
Diamond and 7Stars members. I wonder if it is possible that their use
of the host system is different (more advanced?) that other sites?
