I've heard that BARONA is using their hotel as a shelter for some of
those displaced when WILDCAT Canyon rd was evacuated.
UNTIL WILDCAT Canyon road is re-opened, I wouldn't try driving out
there. PLUS - those coming in via RAMONA won't be able to go thru
either, unless they are RAMONA residents....
So - Barona pretty cut off from public access right now.
I had coupons valid this week; I wonder if they'll still HONOR them.
VView/Rincon/Pauma - similar 'public' access problems I think;
CHECK websites and call - obviously if no public access roads opened
yet, they you probably can't get there anyhow.
La POSTA and Golden ACORN in far east county still open, as far as I
know.... And Sycuan HAD been open, but HARRIS fire is creeping
northwards........ Lawson/Skyline Truck Trail/Lyons Mtn areas forced
evacs. Sycuan is just NORTH of them, with some hills in between...
BE CAREFUL OUT THERE; Breathing masks might also be necessary if you
decide to 'take' a drive....

I am posting this based on information received from the casinos as of
early this morning. The situation may change. Al the casinos that I
did talk to recommend calling before hand.
Pala still closed. Not sure when they will open - Call before hand
Harrah's - closed until Sunday - however, call before coming on Sunday
Valley View - closed today - not sure of when they will open
Viejas - closed today (including outlet center) - may be opened
tomorrow.
That is the most I know. Sycuan keeps advertizing they are open (not
sure - did not call there)
Barona - there was no answer so do not know.
Golden Acorn - no answer (I would naturally assume they would be
closed due to being in Campo right off interstate- but not sure)
