calculating ER and Variance

If you know the hand-type totals, you can calculate ER and Variance.
For example, for fpdw, the hand-type totals are here:

royal probability = 440202756/19933230517200 = 0.002208386%
royal average cycle = 19933230517200/440202756 = 45281.9303 hands
royal ER = 440202756/19933230517200 x 800 = 1.766709137%
royal Var = 440202756/19933230517200 x (800-1.007619612)^2 = 14.0980921
total ER = sum of all hand-type ER's
total Var = sum of all hand-type Var's
