Caesars Windsor

The spousal unit and I spent last night at Casino Windsor. Very
little change within the casino. Most obvious was Craps odds now at
5x. All VP inventory unchanged.

But there are some important changes to parking and hotel.

Parking -- self parking entrance off McDougall (what used to be the
main entrance for the structure) is now reserved for Diamond and
7*. The entrance for all others is on the opposite side of the
structure (the one-way street heading away from the river). The
former valet entrance by older hotel tower (circle drive) is now a
drop-off area only. The valet area is now off McDougall at the base
of the new hotel tower. If you're staying at the hotel, this is the
way to go.

Hotel -- Old tower is called "Forum" and new is "Augustas". ALL
CHECK-IN IS IN AUGUSTUS TOWER. Check-in setup is similar to Caesars
LV -- one check-in area for all towers.

Rooms in Augustas tower are virtually identical to rooms in the
older tower. All seem to have some river view -- we were in one
that faced upriver, so no view of Detroit.

Getting Around -- 2 ways to get from casino to Augustus/check-in.
Second floor access is through the round room that used to have a
bar -- the furthest downriver room upstairs. There's a hallway
directly into hotel check-in. There's also a shortcut from the
Augustus check-in area to the first floor of the casino (and the
self park garage). There's an escalator directly across from check-
in desk that goes to first floor and a hallway that ends at exterior
entrance that has the steps up from McDougall. Quicker that way.

Restaurants are unchanged except addition of Augustas Cafe in check-
in lobby area. Didn't study menu very much, but seemed equiv. to
main coffe shop (Artiste Cafe).

Our offers & bounce-back cash have increased significantly since new
hotel tower opened.

That's all I can think of for now.

Can you give us an idea of the bounceback you are getting and the cash-
in you are playing to get the bounceback?

Thanks
Keith

After getting 2 x $20 on and off for most of the past year, the July
offer was 4 x $65. I hadn't been playing in Windsor too often, and
certainly hadn't raised my play. Probably average $12k/visit of
Pick 'em, plus some craps.
