Without inside information, there's no easy way to know the payback of a slot machine.
Not sure about Caesars Windsor, but I believe most other Harrah's properties reward twice the points for slot play as video poker play.

It was just barely acceptable at 20X points when comps were
considered. Now, nothing at all possible to play even at 25X
points - which they had a couple of months ago for playing
every week. Perhaps there are some slots that have
better returns than the 9/6 DB (97.8%)? Is there any
way to know? Don't the slots get twice as many points for
equivalent play?
