I was wondering if anybody can give me advice on going from caesars
to red rock station casino. Shuttles, busses or how much a taxi would
cost. Thanks for any info.

I think the free shuttle from fashion show mall is your best bet.

Just a heads-up, the shuttle schedule at the LVA site may be
incorrect. We used the shuttle in December and it left the mall
around 45 minutes before the time on the schedule. We caught it just
by chance. It would probably be best to call Red Rock directly to
check on the schedule. The information desk at Fashion Show had the
incorrect times also.

Is this shuttle for the Red Rock hotel guests only, or can anyone use
it?

Here is the schedule from the Red Rock web site:
RED ROCK to FASHION SHOW MALL (departs from Red Rock Valet)

Monday - Thursday

11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm, 7pm, 9pmSunday
11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm, 7pm, 9pm
The shuttle picks up at the north rear entrance to the Fashion Show
Mall ( nowhere near Caesars) and it appears to be for anyone - no room
key required. We were not questioned about a room key at all and the
shuttle bus itself is fairly large. We were the only ones on board
from FFM to RR and on the way back there were only 2 other passengers.
Just be aware that the schedule changes. It would be best to call Red
Rock on the day or the day before you want to use it and check on the
times. It doesn't run very often and it would be an expensive cab ride
to return to the strip. The alternative would be a very long (time-
wise about an hour) bus ride on Charleston to get back to Las Vegas
Blvd. and then you would still be far north of the main strip. Those
locals' bus trips can be an adventure.
